A quick and easy recipe for Baked Bang Bang Salmon with a creamy, spicy sauce for a delicious meal in just 20 minutes.

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (or to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or roasted vegetables for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Spread the Bang Bang sauce mixture liberally over the top of each salmon fillet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
