A hearty bowl combining crispy potatoes, savory beef, and creamy sauce for a twist on classic burgers.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups red potatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • Optional: pickles, lettuce

Instructions

  1. Dice the potatoes and air fry them at 400°F for 16–18 minutes until crispy.
  2. Cook the diced onions in a skillet over medium-low heat for 10–15 minutes until caramelized.
  3. Increase the heat and cook the ground beef, pressing it into the pan for crispy edges, about 5–7 minutes.
  4. Mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and Cajun seasoning to make the sauce.
  5. Assemble the bowl with the potatoes, beef, onions, cheese, and drizzle sauce on top.
  6. Add optional toppings like pickles and lettuce, then serve.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave or stovetop.
