Quick and healthy honey garlic salmon bites made in an air fryer, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound bite-size salmon pieces
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Rice, salad, or veggies for serving

Instructions

  1. Mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Toss the bite-size salmon pieces in the marinade and let it sit for 10 minutes.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Place the marinated salmon bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the salmon is cooked through and flaky.
  6. Serve immediately with rice, salad, or veggies.

Notes
