A hearty dish of baked potatoes topped with grilled steak, creamy garlic herb butter, and melted cheese, perfect for family dinners.

  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 1 lb grilled steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup garlic herb butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and poke holes in the russet potatoes with a fork.
  3. Bake the potatoes in the oven for about 45-60 minutes, or until tender.
  4. Grill the steak until it’s cooked to your liking.
  5. Remove the potatoes from the oven and let them cool slightly.
  6. Cut each potato in half lengthwise and fluff the insides with a fork.
  7. Add a generous amount of garlic herb butter inside each potato, followed by grilled steak pieces.
  8. Top with shredded cheese and return to the oven for a few minutes until the cheese is melted.
  9. Serve with a dollop of sour cream and garnish with chopped green onions.

Notes

Add extra toppings like jalapeños or salsa for added flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
