Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Sriracha sauce
  • 2 cups Rice (white or brown)
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 cup Edamame
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 2 tbsp Sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup Creamy spicy drizzle (e.g., mayonnaise mixed with sriracha or a spicy yogurt)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix honey and sriracha to create a glaze.
  3. Brush the salmon fillets with the honey sriracha mixture and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake the salmon for about 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through.
  5. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
  6. Prepare the veggies: slice the avocado and cucumber, and cook the edamame if needed.
  7. Assemble the bowls, place a serving of rice in each bowl, top with the sticky salmon bites, and add avocado, edamame, cucumber, and sesame seeds.
  8. Drizzle with the creamy spicy sauce before serving.

Notes

For more flavor, marinate the salmon in the honey sriracha mixture for up to 30 minutes before baking. Adjust sriracha for a milder flavor.
