Delightful air fryer donut holes packed with protein from cottage cheese, perfect for any time treat.

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Mix cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract in a large bowl until well combined.
  2. Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.
  3. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Fold in the blueberries gently.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Grease the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  6. Spoon the batter into silicone donut hole molds or shape small balls with your hands.
  7. Place the molds or donut holes in the air fryer basket.
  8. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  9. Let them cool slightly before serving.
